Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Atlantic Wave. If you're not happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

A €3.40 return shipping fee applies to cover the cost of the return label. However:

  • If you exchange the item for another size or color, the €3.40 fee will be waived.
  • If you prefer a refund, the €3.40 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you plan to make another purchase, the €3.40 can be converted into a voucher to use on your next order.

Our goal is to make sure you end up with something you truly love from The Atlantic Wave. 🌊

How to Return an Item:

1.Initiate a Return: To start the return process, you can either:

  • Submit a return request through our website using the order form.
  • Email our customer support at [email protected] with your order details and the items you wish to return.

2.Processing Time: We will process your return request within 1-2 business days. After processing, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

3.Shipping the Return: Use the provided pre-paid label to send the items back to us. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office.

4.Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
